So I'm going through my various blogs I have scattered about the web (man things can get lost in the shuffle sometimes), when I stumbled across this one and realized I hadn't posted anything new in almost eight years. Holy shit that's a long time not to have anything to say about the greatest band to ever come out of Birmingham England. But as I look back on those eight years I realize the reason I haven't written anything is because I've been busy living, working and striving to accomplish more in my life. Especially in the last couple of years where I have been laid-off from my job and as a result I have been very busy pursuing my greatest passion, writing and recording music. If there is one that an artist can use more of it's free time. Even though I've been among the struggling millions in the United States looking for new employment in this sad state of an economy, I have still been left with much downtime in between. So I've been putting it to good use and fulfilling some dreams that were once placed on hold. And so I come across this almost forgotten blog I had started long ago and realized, hey, this fits in nicely with what I have been doing. Because it just so happens that, along with a good friend of mine Derek Richards, we created an album that, at least from my viewpoint, has a great deal of influence from the masters of metal Black Sabbath. Why wouldn't it? They are my favorite band in the world after all. We are calling the project Worry The Bones and the title of the album is "Thirteen Pregnant Virgins".
